reputation for high quality food and attentive service has quickly made the
Mill House a favourite with both locals and visitors.
The
hotel had a major renovation back in 2010, and our aim is to keep the building,
decor and menus fresh and up to date on an annual basis. The continual improvements
are core to the owner’s ethos in the business moving forward ahead of the
competition.
The menus and quality food are prepared by the chefs from Moray’s No1 seafood restaurant The 1629, our head chef John Paul has gained rave reviews from regulars and the local press.
Our
menus are changing all the time, have look at our recent exciting new menu, our
special boards change weekly with a fantastic selection of seafood, steaks and traditional
Scottish dishes (see menu on our website). All our ingredients are sourced
locally where possible.
We
look forward to welcoming you to the Mill House Hotel & Restaurant, demand
for restaurant reservations at weekends is generally quite high so please book
early to avoid disappointment.
