Church Farm Guest House is a charming, homely and spacious 16th century former farmhouse, carefully adapted to provide a high standard of accommodation whilst retaining the original character located in Mitchel Troy in Monmouthshire.


at the guest house we offer a good choice of breakfasts and can provide evening meals by arrangement. Where possible we use local or home grown produce and are happy to cater for vegetarians.

From Michel Troy there is easy access to the A40 and historic Monmouth, with its unique fortified Norman bridge, is only two miles away. Church Farm is an excellent base for exploring the Wye Valley, Forest of Dean, Usk Valley and Abergavenny and the Black Mountains are less than a half hour drive away.

Wysk Walks : Wysk Walks takes its name from two major Welsh rivers - the Wye and the Usk. Their valleys, together with the surrounding uplands, provides the superb walking country of the Brecon Beacons, Black Mountains, Wye Valley and the Forest of Dean. All these areas, plus the Malvern Hills to the north, are within easy driving distance of our base near Monmouth.
