New Farm House offers comfortable bed and breakfast and is two miles south west of the small village of Bolney, West Sussex. Our bed and breakfast is situated on a quiet working farm in the beautiful West Sussex countryside. There are a number of public footpaths close by, making it a perfect base for walkers, also nearby are the stunning South Downs which offer fantastic walking, cycling and picnic opportunities.
Gatwick Airport is only 15 minutes away whilst the glorious South Downs and Sussex coastal attractions are only a short drive. Central London is 40 miles by road and 45 minutes by train from nearby Haywards Heath (6 miles) making it very accessible for sightseeing, shopping, business or a night out in the West End. Cross channel links to Europe are only 1 ½ hours away.
