The Lizard Peninsula is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and special scientific interest. If you are a horticulturist, ornithologist, geologist, marine biologist or you just love walking and wild life this is a paradise. Our B&B is only a 10 minute walk down the lane to the cliff top and we are just moments away from seeing seals, basking sharks, pereguins and choughs as well as sandy coves and dramatic cliffs.
Within a 5 minute walk you will be in the centre of Lizard where you will find an excellent restaurant, pub, café’s and fish & chip shops. Mullion Cove, Cadgwith, Coverack and Porthleven are just some of the local fishing villages close by where you can hire a boat for fishing, go diving or enjoy a lovely fish supper. Local crafts include Trenance handmade chocolate (which you will find in your room), Roskillies delicious ice cream, Lizard ciders and wines and many art and craft studios.
