Chase House Bed & Breakfast offers superb B&B accommodation located close to the village of Sixpenny Handley near the city of Salisbury in Dorset.
The B&B is set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is known for its rolling fields, wonderful old woodlands and welcoming village pubs.
Chase House is graded 4 Star by Visit Britain. The house is set back from the road and reached by a driveway which goes through a Paddock. Chase House was originally built for a popular doctor and the villagers used to walk over the footpaths to the surgery at the house. Now it is a comfortable family home with an attractive garden and hedged vegetable garden.
There is plenty of parking with security lighting by the house. The guest rooms in the house have high ceilings and from the windows there are lovely views of the surrounding countryside; frequently deer can be seen in the nearby fields.
Salisbury, with its cathedral and attractive close is in easy driving distance. To the south is the Dorset coast for wonderful seaside walks. In the next village is a golf course and The Larmer Tree Gardens which is a popular wedding venue and home to The Larmer Tree Festival. The pretty village of Cranborne is a few miles away. Shaftesbury, Wimborne and Blandford are all within a 20 minute drive.
