The light and airy breakfast room at this guest house is furnished country style and offers a wide selection. Try our hearty traditional English of grilled Lincolnshire sausage, bacon, fresh eggs, tomato, mushroom, fried bread using sunflower oil and beans in tomato sauce. Or alternatively have the lighter scrambled or poached eggs. Vegetarian and special diets can be catered for.
Our hotel is situated just off the sea front in the heart of the delightful English resort of Eastbourne on the sunny south coast of East Sussex. Eastbourne has 3 miles of promenade to stroll down as well as many shops to explore.
The town lies on the edge of the gently rolling chalk hills of the South Downs and with the white Beachy Head cliffs to the west. ~This is perfect for the easy walkers and the more adventurous. There are also dozens of historic places to visit, all within easy drive, for example Pevensey Castle, Battle (the site of England's most historic 1066 battle), Alfriston, Herstmonceux Observatory, Sheffield Park, Sissinghurst Gardens etc etc.
