The Boat House offers comfortable guest accommodation located in the small village of Boat of Garten in Inverness-shire. The guest accommodation is large detached house set within the Cairngorm National Park
There is a fridge, freezer and a microwave available if needed. We also offer a laundry service at a small extra cost.
There is a small lounge that guests are welcome to use. There is comfortable seating, a TV, books and board games. This is a lovely place to relax, enjoy a drink and meet the other guests.
Our guest accommodation is the perfect base for those wanting to explore The Cairngorm National Park which is home to Britain's highest and most massive mountain range. There are many activities available in the surrounding area including skiing, walking, cycling, climbing, bird watching, fishing, shooting, canoeing and much more. Bicycle hire is available in the village.
We are located just five minutes away from The Osprey Centre where you can see the birds along with some other beautiful wildlife. We are also within easy reach of Aviemore and Granton on Spey where you will find a range of shops, pubs and restaurants. Guests will also receive a pass so they can use the local leisure facilities.
