Rhu is a lovely conservation village with beautiful wildlife, 5 minutes by car from both Helensburgh town centre (where John Logi Bear grew up) and Faslane and 15 minutes from the beautifully scenic Loch Lomond.
Faslane Naval Base is about 3.5 miles away towards Garelochhead; there is a half hourly bus service and we are only a very short walk to the bus route.
