Combe Lancey Farmhouse is a 12th Century property that today provides comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation situated in a peaceful and secluded setting outside of Crediton, Devon.
The B&B is ideally placed close to a range of interesting towns and villages.
Each guest bedroom has:
En suite facilities.
TV.
Free WiFi.
Tea and coffee making facilities.
Central heating.
Views over garden and fields.
Hairdryer.
Drying and ironing facilities available.
In the morning a traditional English breakfast is served.
Outside the B&B has a large lawn overlooking the orchard with table and chairs is for guests to enjoy. Spacious and secure parking is provided for cars, motor bikes and bikes.
We do not serve evening meals however both Sandford and Crediton have a number of good dining options. Sandford is an easy and mainly level 25 minute walk. We are not licensed to sell alcohol but are happy for guests to bring their own.
Our bed and breakfast is 1 mile from Sandford, adjacent to Crediton, close to Exeter and Tiverton, making it an ideal base from which to visit Devon's countryside, its beaches, the National Parks of Dartmoor and Exmoor, the Two Moors Way.
