Cottage Lodge was built from a ship in 1650. It was originally a foresters cottage but it has been enlarged and updated to a 15 bedroomed B&B. Set in the heart of the village of Brockenhurst it is just a short walk to cycle hire, restaurants, pubs, a supermarket, chemist, newsagents, hardware shop and antique shops. Within a few minutes walk of the Cottage Lodge you can find yourself in the New Forest National Park. Unchanged for 1,000 years the forest’s landscape is shaped by the ponies, cattle, donkeys and pigs that roam freely.
