The Knoll Bed & Breakfast offers guest accommodation in Kessingland, near Lowestoft in Suffolk.
We have four guest bedrooms available - all en suite, three doubles and a twin. Single occupancy is welcome.
All rooms are extremely clean and have tea and coffee facilities and TVs. Own private access to accommodation.

Our B&B is situated between Southwold and Lowestoft and we are just a 5 minutes walk from Kessingland Beach. Restaurants and pubs are within walking distance.
