Skiddaw Croft Bed & Breakfast is located in the quiet village of Portinscale in the Lake District National Park, 500m from Derwentwater and a 20 minute walk from Keswick town.

Skiddaw Croft B&B is an Edwardian house, built in the early 1900’s, and provides spacious and cosy rooms with splendid views over Derwentwater and the surrounding Fells. All bedrooms are fully equipped, 4 are en-suite. We offer a comfortable guest sitting room for you to relax in and plan your next walk, with magazines and books to use while you stay with us.

We serve excellent breakfasts to suit different tastes and appetites and where possible, we use local produce. A vegetarian or gluten free breakfast can be provided, however we will need some notice to ensure we can provide the best produce. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements at the time you make your booking. Breakfast is served between 8.00am and 9.00am (earlier by arrangement).

We have private parking for up to 5 cars, a cycle lock up and drying facilities for that occasional wet.
