Birch Cottage Bed & Breakfast, Garve, Ross-shire, The Highlands
Birch Cottage Bed & Breakfast is situated in the pretty Scottish village of Garve, in Ross-shire. All
guests are welcome, so whether your stay is for business or pleasure, & if you're travelling alone, with family, or even your dog, you'll receive a warm welcome.
There are three rooms; two doubles and a twin. All have en suite facilities, hospitality trays, flat screen TV/DVD’s and free WiFi.
Breakfast is served in the dining room between 8 and 9am, offering the choice of a hearty full cooked breakfast, or fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal and toast. Evening meals are also available with prior arrangement. You are welcome to bring your own wine or beer to enjoy with your meal. The food is all sourced locally, and seasonal produce is used wherever possible.
Garve is a great base from which to tour the Highlands, with both the very beautiful west and east coasts just a short drive away. Birch Cottage is conveniently located on the famous NC500 touring route, with stunning scenery to behold all year round.
There are many fascinating places to visit such as Ullapool, the Kyle of Lochalsh, Loch Ness & the Great Glen to name but a few. There are also several castles to visit within a short driving distance - Inverness Castle, Cawdor, Brodie, Urquhart, Leod and Dunrobin, and also many museums to enjoy.
