Chyheira, Ruan Minor, Helston, Cornwall

Chyheira is a quality bed and breakfast set on the Lizard Peninsula in Cornwall. Our B&B is a 100 year old Edwardian house and offers a place for guests to rest and relax that is comfortable and homely.

We have 3 B&B rooms available. The first is a calm and quiet room with easterly views, the second is a light and airy room with views over the front garden and fields and the final room is a large double with king size bed and en suite with a bath and shower over.

Guests are very welcome to relax in our lounge where there is a solid fuel stove or our cosy dining area. When the sun is shining you are also very welcome to relax on the lawn in our garden.

Breakfast is included within your room rate and is served between 8.15 am and 9.15 am. We are happy to provide an earlier breakfast for you if required – please just let us know.

We have a selection of juice, cereals, yogurt and fruit to start with. Follow this with a fully cooked Cornish breakfast to ensure you are ready for the day ahead. We source most of our ingredients locally; there is a wonderful dairy in Ruan Minor who supplies eggs, milk, bacon and sausages. A fabulous old style butchers in Lizard who also supply bacon, sausages and hog’s pudding. If there is anything that you would like extra to this, please do ask.

The B&B is set within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a place of Special Scientific Interest. We are only a 10 minute walk down a quiet lane to the South West Coastal Park, perfect for walkers who stay.
