Holly Cottage is an intriguing mixture of a small period cottage and stylish contemporary architect-designed extension over 3 floors which creates a property of many characters. The attractive village of Hagworthingham is in the South-East corner of the Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the far-reaching views are superb. There is a good pub in the village along with two cafes and a farm shop and butchery. This is a great walking and cycling country. Access East to the coast is easy and the historic cathedral city of Lincoln is not too far to the West. There is motor racing at Cadwell Park, horse racing at Market Rasen and many interesting aviation heritage museums are to be found in the area. The market towns are characterful and antique emporiums abound.
