The Masons Arms, Meysey Hampton, Cirencester, Gloucestershire
The Masons Arms is a recently refurbished traditional village pub set on the green in Meysey Hampton. The pub offers guest accommodation, locally sourced food and a range of beverages. It is the ideal setting from which to explore nearby Cirencester and the beautiful Cotswolds.
The rooms are comfortably cosy, of slightly varying sizes, many with original features of the building including exposed wooden beams or Cotswold stone walls. The family rooms consist of 1 triple room and 1 suite with a double and 2 single beds with interconnecting door and 2 bathrooms. Rates include breakfast.
The pub has a friendly atmosphere and the bar serves a range of local ales, wine, fine gins, whisky and much more. There is a lovely open fire and wood burners which provide a cosy feel. Food is served from 12-2pm and 6-9pm. Open all day Saturday & Sunday.
This is a lovely area to stay surrounded by Cotswold villages, towns and major cities which are slightly further afield. The area is ideal for walking, cycling and horse riding as well as visiting the many attractions such as the Cotswold Water Park, Rodmarton Manor, Chedworth Roman Villa, Cirencester Park and Abbey House Gardens.
