The award-winning restaurant is a relaxed & casual affair, served from 6 pm to 8.30 pm each evening. As you'd expect, your meal is individually prepared for you using only the freshest, principally Scottish, ingredients.

The hotel is a great base for exploring the surrounding area and the popular destination of Aviemore is a 3-mile drive north, in the heart of the scenically stunning Cairngorms National Park. On the doorstep lie all the attractions for which the Cairngorm Highlands of Scotland and especially, the Aviemore area, are rightly famous.
