Rooms 36 is a 4 star Gold award bed and breakfast situated in the Lake District market town of Keswick in Cumbria. They are in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking Hope Park and perfect for a relaxing getaway.
They have a range of beautifully furnished bedrooms available, all perfect for a restful night’s sleep. All the rooms are well-equipped and come with everything you need for a memorable holiday.
Room 2 is on the first floor, overlooking the central car park towards Skiddaw. The room can be used as a double room, a twin room, or a family of three.

Room 4 is on the second floor, overlooking the car park towards Skiddaw. The room can be used as a double room, twin room, or a family of three.
Room 5 is on the second floor. The room is overlooking the greenery of the park and the fells of Walla Crag on one side and the other; Cat Bells.
Room 6 is on the top floor with views over Skiddaw. It is in the eves, giving it a cosy feel. The bed is handmade from Indigo Furniture in a lovely country style chunky wood,
Room 7 is on the top floor and has a lovely view of the park. It is in the eves with a cosy feel to it.
They offer a delicious breakfast to set you up for the day ahead, including homemade bread, homemade creamy yoghurt, homemade granola and homemade fruit compote. They offer a hearty traditional English breakfast, plus a range of other options.
There is plenty to see and do in the area including Derwentwater, Hope Park, The Railway Walk, The Pencil Museum and The Puzzling place amongst many others. They have a park right next door to the B&B.
