Conveniently located near major routes such as the M3, A34, and A303, it's an ideal spot for gatherings with loved ones.
The inn boasts seven beautifully adorned bedrooms, three situated within the original inn structure upstairs, and four garden rooms on the ground floor, including a delightful family room. Designed to blend seamlessly with the tranquil outdoor surroundings, the garden rooms offer a serene retreat within the inn's gardens. Each en-suite room is named after a character from the Watership Down novel, adding a touch of whimsy to guests' stays.
Pet enthusiasts will be delighted to learn that dogs are warmly welcomed in both the bar and garden rooms. To ensure a harmonious atmosphere, we kindly request that dogs be kept on a leash in the bar area. When making a reservation, please inform us of your furry companions, as we happily accommodate up to two dogs per room.
The Watership Down Inn welcomes guests throughout the week, serving sumptuous lunches and dinners daily, with the exception of Sunday evenings.
