80 Rushes Road is a small semi-detached house that offers bed and breakfast accommodation in Petersfield, Hampshire. The B&B has a sunny garden where visitors can have breakfast or a cup of tea. The bed and breakfast is two minutes' walk from Petersfield Railway Station (1 hour to London and Waterloo, 5 mins walk from Petersfield's Bedford Rd Business Estate and 30 minutes to Portsmouth).

The guest room is a quiet bedroom (either a single, twin or a double bed) with television, radio and tea & coffee making facilities.

Breakfast is included within the room rate and the hosts offer a menu that is varied suiting all guests. There is continental, vegetarian and full English available, ensuring that you are set up for the day. The hosts use local produce and homemade jams, with packed lunches available for those who ask in advance.

Petersfield is well placed as a sightseeing base and is now part of the South Downs National Park. The accommodation is convenient for Jane Austen's home at Chawton, where she wrote Pride and Prejudice and near Winchester, where she is buried. Winchester, the ancient capital of Wessex, has its famous cathedral (where Mary Tudor married King Philip of Spain), college, castle and King Arthur's Round Table. 

The Historic Ships and Dockyard at Portsmouth are a short journey by train or road and Chichester and Goodwood Race Course are also half an hour away. As well as excellent shopping and a lovely cathedral, Chichester has its famous Festival Theatre. National Trust properties such as Uppark and Hinton Ampner are near Petersfield with Petworth House within half an hour's drive.

The Bed and Breakfast has three stars issued by the English Tourist Board who inspect annually.
