Broomhouse Farmhouse offers magnificent adult only guest house accommodation in Berwick upon Tweed, Northumberland. They offer holistic retreats and therapies and are a great base for exploring a range of attractions in the local area.

They have three spacious rooms, all with king-size beds and a sofa or chairs. Two rooms have full bathrooms with an over the bath shower and one has a walk-in shower.

Relax and unwind in the delightful lounge area. This elegant lounge comes with comfortable seating and is a great place to read a book or enjoy a coffee.

They offer either a continental or traditional cooked breakfast using as much local produce as possible. They use eggs from the farm next door using quality meat from the local butchers. Parade School Guest House offers a relaxed and friendly environment in the historic walled town of Berwick upon Tweed, in the heart of North Northumberland. 


Our rooms are furnished to the highest of standards so come and enjoy our luxurious and contemporary styles within our 17th Century Grade II listed Guest House, taking pleasure in our home comforts to enrich your stay. 

Dating back to 1749, Parade School Guest House was formerly a vicarage, and it was also used as a teacher’s house associated with a local girl’s school, during this time, a classroom was accommodated on the first floor. 

The house has since been refurbished to a high standard and become a family home, opening in April 2009 as a luxury Guest House.
