Wells is ideally situated to take advantage of the many and varied attractions the area has to offer - wonderful sandy beaches, bird watching and walking, sailing and golfing - one of the first areas in the country to be designated an 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty'. 

Holkham Hall is nearby and many other fine National Trust properties are within easy reach of Wells. One small dog in each room is allowed. Be aware that the dogs are not permitted in the breakfast room. Please note that a 2% charge is applied when paying by credit card (debit cards are free).
