Caol-Ithe offers charming bed and breakfast accommodation in Fionnphort close to the village of Bunessan on the Isle of Mull. All of our accommodation is on the ground floor and we are the perfect base for exploring the area.

We have a range of bedrooms available, offering something for everyone. We have 2 double en suites, 1 twin en suite and 1 twin with a private bathroom. One of the twins can be made as a super king.

All our rooms come with a range of facilities: flat-screen TV with DVD player, internet access, Tassimo tea and coffee making facilities and complimentary toiletries.

In the morning, we offer a lovely breakfast using as much local produce as possible. The dining room offers panoramic views. Breakfast includes fruit juice, cereals, porridge, yoghurts, pastries and a range of hot options.

You can unwind in our lounge after a day exploring the area. You can also relax in the garden.

Please note, there are 4 shallow steps to the house.

We are perfect for exploring Fionnphort, home to a pub, a restaurant, a post office and local shops. Lots of cycle walking routes are in the area. You can visit the Abbey at Iona or take a trip to Fingal's Cave.

Breakfast is served in the dining room on individual tables between 7.30am and 9.00. There is a selection of cereals, fruit salad, toast, a full English breakfast and some signature breakfast dishes available. 

Dinner is available by arrangement at the B&B however there are many local pubs and restaurants that also server meals. Packed lunches can also be provided. 

The Isle of Mill is home to around three hundred miles of coastline, hills and mountains making it an ideal place for anybody interested in walking. The north half of the island offers low hills, remote coastline and sheltered sea loch whereas the south side of the island offers high rugged mountains and cliffs.
