Any keen fishing enthusiast will also recommend the waters of the Nore for its excellent salmon and trout fishing. One can also go canoeing on the Nore. For the less adventurous there are many beautiful and scenic walks all around both Ballyduff and down the river in Inistioge, where one can explore the Woodstock estate and gardens. Golf and other activities can also be arranged.
