This 22 acre farm lies at the foot of Cowbridge downs in the village of Aberthin, which is 1.5 miles from the market town of Cowbridge.

There is easy access to the Capital City of Cardiff – 12 miles to the east. The beaches and walks of the Heritage Coastline lie only 6 miles or so to the south.
