Chapel Outon Farmhouse B&B is open all year and offers comfortable spacious bed & breakfast accommodation located in Whithorn in Dumfries & Galloway. 

All guest bedrooms have extensive views over the surrounding countryside. They are centrally heated and have fitted carpets. All have wardrobe space, drawers and dressing tables with mirrors, bedside cabinets and lamps. The rooms are well equipped with electric fire, hairdryer, radio alarm clock, tea tray, fruit basket. Egyptian cotton towels, tissues and toiletries are provided. 

Beds have duvets and luxury cotton sheets with spare blankets if needed. Canine visitors have complimentary dog treats and use of a fluffy rug and water bowl for the duration of their stay. 

At the bed and breakfast there is also a sitting room with Sky TV (variety pack) and DVD player. This is centrally heated and has an electric fire. This room also offers comfy sofas, a good range of books, games, maps and guides etc. Additional ‘what to do and where to go’ guides are situated in the hallway.

Breakfast is served in the beautiful dining room where there is original quarry tiled floor and a wood burner. 

Chapel Outon Farmhouse B&B is the ideal base from which to explore our unspoilt and relatively undiscovered Peninsular in South West Scotland.

Lord Nelson Inn offers comfortable guest accommodation located in the village of Besthorpe near the town of Newark in Nottinghamshire.

The guest house is a traditional English country inn offering lovely bedrooms, great food and excellent drinks.

Breakfast is served from 8.00am - 9.30am in the restaurant. As well as offering a scrumptious breakfast we also offer evening meals and lunch on a Sunday. Some of the food available on our menu includes steak, scampi, curry, Cajun salmon, chicken and stilton and much more.  

Guests are welcome to relax in the bar area during their stay where there is a range of drinks available including beer, lager, wines, spirits and soft drinks. There is plenty of comfortable seating making this an ideal place to enjoy your drink and meet other guests. 

We offer poker and quiz nights at the inn every week so if you are staying in one of our rooms on these nights you are more than welcome to take part. 

The guest accommodation is ideally located for Newark and Lincoln. In Newark there is a Riverside Park which is a perfect place to relax, enjoy a picnic and play games. Guests can also visit Kelham Hall and Country Park which is a large stately home that sit in forty four acres of parkland and woodland. There are indoor and outdoor play area, riverside walks and places to eat.

Jeakes House offers bed and breakfast accommodation located in the small town of Rye in East Sussex. 

Jeakes Bar offers a relaxing place to sit with its granite topped honesty bar. The bar is open at all times and all you have to do is jot down on the paper what you have helped yourself to and it will be added to your bill on departure.

The bed and breakfast also has the Parlour that contains some of the most elegant features of Jeakes House. In the winter there is a fire constantly lit in this room and a range of board games and cards available. 

Breakfast is served in the dining room where there is a range of food available including a traditional full English, kippers, smoked haddock, cold ham, cheese, croissants and much more. The food is cooked fresh to order with as much local produce as possible. 

There are many things to do in the local area, Rye is an excellent base for a visit to East Sussex as it boasts art galleries, potteries, wonderful boutique shopping and many excellent restaurants and friendly pubs.
