(Available for 8-12 people). Where possible, our chefs endeavour to source fresh local produce. We do not add flavour enhancers, colouring our preservatives to any of our dishes. A popular dish is our ‘Catch of the Day’ filleted and cooked to choice. From simply filleted and steamed or for the more adventurous, filleted, fried in a light crispy coating and finished with a sweet & spicy Thai sauce.
