This beautiful 16th Century Farmhouse dates from pre-1700, with later additions through Georgian and Victorian times. It is set in 21 acres of land, & is totally private - your only neighbours are birds & sheep! The farmhouse can accommodate up to 8 people.

The farmhouse is available to rent on a self-catering basis, or for a full holiday package which includes meals & use of facilities at the nearby Craig Y Nos Castle, such as the hot tub & sports room.

Pentre is surrounded by lovely Welsh countryside, with lots to do nearby including the lovely beaches of Swansea Bay, Mumbles & Gower.
 

All of the guest bedrooms have been designed & furnished to a very high standard. They are light, spacious & very comfortable for an overnight stop or a longer stay.

As well as being a B&B, Pentre are a working riding stables. Pony trekking and horse riding lessons are always available for the guests to book.

As a venue we are able to hold conferences, events and take group bookings. Weddings are our speciality, with a wide range of wedding packages on offer, we are the only venue in Wales to allow you to get married in a Grade 1 listed theatre and hold your ceremony in a real castle.

We also hold a number of events throughout the year, so be sure to check our events page, with anything ghostly and ghoulish being a must as we are considered the most haunted castle in Wales. Staying here will allow you to hear, see and feel the spirits.
