The Old Piggery offers bed & breakfast accommodation situated on a working arable farm set along the beautiful Greensand Ridge in Haynes, central Bedfordshire. The once redundant building has been thoughtfully converted into a welcoming, well-appointed bed and breakfast.
Our B&B has gorgeous views over the surrounding fields and countryside; our rooms offer a clean, modern environment in which to relax.
Our accommodation features 8 en suite rooms: 4 with king beds and 4 with twin beds. Breakfast includes a range of cereals, fruit salad, and breads plus a large cooked option.
There is a hospitality tray in your room plus a selection of teas, coffee and hot chocolate in the main dining room. You will also have a television with Freeview and free Wi-Fi access.
The accommodation is single-storey and disabled facilities are Doc-M compliant.
There are a variety of public footpaths and cycle routes nearby and, as we are adjacent to the Greensand Ridge, this is a speciality of the area. A separately accessed boot room means you can leave any muddy boots and coats to dry with space for a small amount of equipment. Our bike sheds are at the rear of the property.
The Old Piggery is an ideal base for families, walkers and cyclists to explore the area and we are surrounded by a wide variety of activities. For those visiting on business, we are ideally placed for access to the A1 and M1 motorways plus various rail networks. Milton Keynes and London Luton Airport are also easily reached.
