Limetree House is a Georgian town house offering bed & breakfast accommodation located in the centre of Moffat an Outstanding Conservation town in Dumfries & Galloway.
Arranged on three floors, Limetree House is owned and run by Katherine and her husband Derek, providing high quality accommodation in a friendly and informal atmosphere.
We have 6 guest bedrooms all of which are en suite. 2 of our bedrooms have full sized bathrooms with bath and shower. In addition to 2 double rooms we have 1 twin room on the ground floor suitable for guests with limited mobility. The bathroom has an optional shower seat.
Zoffat is located in beautiful Annandale and Eskdale. This area is home to fabulous scenery, coastlines, wildlife and great local food. The surrounding area is great for walking and cycling and we offer motorbike and bicycle storage.
