Our bed and breakfast is within easy reach of the many attractions and places of interest throughout this beautiful part of Devon. There are many beautiful walks in the area including trails through Dartmoor, Exmoor and the Tarka Trail. We are only a 20 minute drive from the beach at Westward Ho! So you have a choice of either coast or country.
For keen gardeners we are only 1 mile from the RHS garden Rosemoor and easy reach of Dartington Crystal which is the only hand made glass factory in the country, there is a visitor centre and factory shop here so you can take a special item home with you.
Golfers are surrounded by challenging Golf Courses. Torrington has it’s own friendly golf club set on common land near the town where golfers can enjoy breathtaking scenery whilst enjoying a game or venture off to the coast at Westward Ho!’s Royal North Devon Golf Club or to Saunton Sands Golf Club.
