Folly Hall Farm is situated in the beautiful North York Moors, at Tranmire near Whitby. The farm provides guests with the perfect place from which to explore the Moors, coast and the many wonderful attractions throughout North Yorkshire.

At Folly Hall Farm there is one B&B room available for those who enjoy their creature comforts rather than staying on the camping and caravanning site. It is a ground floor converted stable that adjoins the farm and benefits from having its own entrance. Inside there is a spacious double bedroom with a TV and a private bathroom with a bath, shower WC and basin.

Each morning guests can enjoy a delicious home cooked breakfast, this is served in the main farmhouse. Any special dietary requirements can be catered for.

From the farm, guests can enjoy panoramic countryside views, peace and quiet and that feeling that you're just a little way off the beaten track. This is an ideal base for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of modern living, there are many wonderful walks and cycling routes from the front door as well as being within driving distance of popular towns, the coast and attractions. Nearby Whitby is a picturesque Yorkshire fishing town. Providing many wonderful attractions including the famous Abbey and Whalebone Arch, the East and West Piers, St. Mary’s Church and the 199 Steps as well as a myriad of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants as well as its extensive sandy beach, Whitby is one of the top seaside destinations in the country.
