Rookery Nook Bed and Breakfast, Shere, Guildford, Surrey
The Rookery Nook Bed and Breakfast is a wonderful retreat in the pretty village of Shere, close to Guildford in Surrey. Shere is a traditional English village that has ducks on the River Tillingbourne, and timbered buildings that date back to the 15th century & a lovely 12th century parish church.
There are 2 B&B rooms at Rookery Nook. They are both double bedrooms and include a refreshments tray with tea and coffee, radio clock and a hairdryer.
Breakfast is served in the dining room between 7.30 and 9.00 am. A full English or continental breakfast is available and locally sourced produce is used whenever possible. Special diets can be catered for on request.
The surrounding area of Surrey is a haven for walkers and mountain bikers. The owners are happy to pass on their local knowledge of some fantastic paths and trails to explore during your stay. There are also many excellent pubs, a traditional English tea shop and a top class restaurant within easy walking distance of the bed and breakfast.
