The beautiful 19th Century Carriage House in Ayrshire has been stylishly converted into a glorious family home by Luke and Caroline Borwick. Full of light, polished floors and family antiques, three comfortable bedrooms are available for Bed and Breakfast.

You will find the Carriage House a quiet, convenient, peaceful and interesting location for a short break, golfing excursion or as a retreat while doing business in the area.

Double or twin accommodation available, all three bedrooms have en suite facilities. Tea and coffee tray is provided. A local restaurant can be booked for you on request. Smoking is not permitted within the Carriage House.

You can also enjoy the lovely garden. Perfect for relaxing in on a sunny afternoon.

Very convenient location for activities in Glasgow, including major sporting events at the Emirates Stadium: the famous Kelvingrove Galleries: SECC and SEC Hydro as well as Scotland’s best designer shopping. Excellent transport links to Glasgow and The Western Isles and The Isle Of Arran. Close to the premier golf courses of Royal Troon, Prestwick and Turnbury.

Ayrshire abounds with a wide variety of interesting places to visit such as the unrivalled historical mansions of Dumfries House, Culzean Castle and Kelburn Castle to name but a few. There are activities for all the family such as: Sailing in at Largs and Fairlie; Mountain biking at Crawfurdland, climbing Goatfell on Arran and studying the night skies at the Dark Skies Observatory at Craigengillan. Ayrshire boasts some of the best local food in the country.
