Springwells is a family-owned house, it can be found in a beautiful part of West Sussex, at the edge of the South Downs National Park in Steyning. The house dates back to 1772 and was once a Georgian merchant house. There are 6 individually styled bedrooms with en suite facilities.
The bedrooms are a combination of a four poster room, with single room off to the side. This makes a wonderful honeymoon suite or family suite. They also have a superior room that has a superking sized bed and can also be let as a twin room and a standard king size doubleroom.
The rooms are appointed to a high standard to ensure your stay is as relaxed and comfortable as possible. Room facilities include:
Mini fridge – with a bottle of our own filtered water and fresh milk in a jug.
Tea and coffee making facilities.
Smart TV.

Ironing facilities.
Hairdryer.
The guesthouse is a room only as Springwells is on the high street and there are places that offer great breakfast nearby.
The house is the perfect base for those visiting the South Downs. They are within easy reach of Arundel, Brighton, Gatwick and many attractions and places of interest. The
village of Steyning is a thriving market village and has a variety of restaurants nearby.
