The Upper Deck, Marazion, Cornwall
The Upper Deck offers luxurious accommodation in the gorgeous seaside town of Marazion. Nestled in a glorious area of Cornwall, they boast stunning views of St Michael’s Mount, used in the filming of House of The Dragon as Castle Driftwood.
This magnificent Victorian property offers an abundance of period features and superb accommodation in two rooms. The Upper Deck B&B Suite: This lavish suite occupies the entire top floor of Britannia House and includes a lavish king-size bed, plus spectacular sea views from the dining area and Lloyd Loom chair. Entertainment facilities include a flat screen LED Freeview TV or BOSE sound system. The fabulous en suite bathroom has a deep bath and electric shower, heated towel rail and high-quality bathroom fittings.
The Lower Deck: The charming superking/twin room is nestled on the first floor and enjoys wonderful sea views. The room has two 6’6” cast iron single beds by the ‘Cornish Bed Company’ which can be zipped together to form a Super King bed. The room also enjoys exclusive use of the first-floor living room which comes with comfy seating, a toasty log burner, smart TV and sea views. A private bathroom comes with a walk-in rain shower and marble sink unit.
You can savour a fantastic breakfast to set you up for a day of sightseeing. They bake their own breads, muesli and granola using quality locally sourced ingredients. The dining area offers scenic sea views and they provide a range of options to suit all your needs. On arrival, you can also look forward to a welcome cream tea with homemade scones and clotted cream.
Outside there is a courtyard shower, plus a secure courtyard and storeroom for bicycles etc. When the sun is shining, you can dine on the sea deck whilst admiring views of St Michaels Mount.
