Bosanneth Guest House offers fabulous accommodation in Falmouth. Our boutique Retreat in Cornwall is based in a peaceful setting and only 80 metres from Gyllingvase Beach and the Coastal Path.

Our Edwardian property has a range of individually designed bedrooms to choose from, including lots with sea views. You can choose from superior king, king and a double/twin super king room.

All our rooms come with en suite facilities, a hair dryer, Freeview TV, tea and coffee-making facilities, linen and an electric kettle.

The superior king room has a courtyard garden and the double/twin super king room boasts a private, coved balcony to relax on whilst savouring the views.

In the morning, we offer a cooked-to-order breakfast to set you up for the day ahead. Breakfast includes freshly brewed coffee, cereals, muesli, fruit and yoghurts. Deluxe Rooms – You will find quality in every detail of the deluxe rooms, from the elegant décor to the mod cons that are available. The deluxe hotel rooms have been uniquely designed to reflect the hotels coastal surroundings.

Breakfast is included in the room rate and served in the bright, airy dining room. They have various options available to suit all appetites, so whether you choose something fresh from our hearty menu or help yourself to fruit, yoghurt or cereal, there is something for all. Special mention of course goes to the traditional full Cornish, made from the tastiest, local ingredients they can get their hands on. Bar snacks are available.

The small bar is well stocked with local beers, wine, spirits and soft drinks. Along with snacks made fresh to order and all the olives, nuts and nibbles you can handle. What better way to end the day than with a glass of your favourite tipple, before going out for an evening meal or exploring Falmouth’s night life.

Guests use this as a base for walking; golfing and getting out on the water, the deep and sheltered harbour making it ideal in almost any condition. Trevarn offers Bed & Breakfast accommodation well situated for walking the coastal path, with the Helford River just down the road at Carwinion and the Coastal path ten minutes' walk away at Nansidwell beach. It is situated on the scenic route to Falmouth, and almost opposite Carwinion Gardens. We are close to Trebah & Glendurgan Gardens.

We offer 2 double, 1 small twin/single rooms and 1 bijou self-contained annexe called the Pump House. 1 double with king-size bed upstairs with a small adjoining bathroom with shower.

The Pump House has a king-size bed, a shower room and a mini kitchen for self catering.

Each room is well equipped and has tea and coffee making facilities, remote control flat screen television, radio, hairdryer and free wireless broadband. There is also a good selection of books and magazines.

There is also a sitting room, with a television, plus the use of a secluded garden. A conservatory is available for guests to use. A packed lunch is available to provide for guests by prior arrangement.

This bed and breakfast accommodation is situated in a quiet location, with wonderful views down to Mawnan Smith village and Maenporth, as far as the Roseland Peninsula and beyond, towards the Eden Project and Heligan Gardens (less than an hour by car).
