Additionally, 'Findhorn', the largest in this category, situated in the Original House, exudes a period charm with its unique en-suite double room and walk-in shower, though its views may be modest.

The Classic Standard rooms, 'Tummel' and 'Tweed', grace the ground floor of the West Wing, offering southern exposure and breathtaking views of the walled garden and Tummel Valley. These rooms feature super-king zip & link beds and refurbished walk-in showers. Upstairs, 'Nethy' in the West Wing boasts the sole bathtub with a shower-over option, while 'Dochart' and 'Livet' in the Original House exude period elegance with walk-in shower facilities and original details.

The Superior Room, 'Tay', nestled in the Original House, presents a south-facing vista of distant hills, adorned with a Farrow & Ball palette and period-style furnishings. It boasts a spacious walk-in shower en-suite, ideal for extended stays and special occasions. Similarly, the Junior Suite, 'Spey', located near reception in the West Wing, offers a contemporary aesthetic, ample storage, and a mini-fridge, alongside a recently upgraded walk-in shower en-suite and captivating views of distant hills, catering to longer stays and memorable occasions, typically requiring a minimum 2-night reservation.

The bar regularly has live music and you can also watch live sports.

The individually designed spacious deluxe rooms all have comfortable six-foot-wide beds and are decorated with stylish fabrics, furnishings and colour schemes. Their lavish Craigatin Suite is ideal for more special occasions and comes with a separate lounge and Nespresso machine. From the window seat, you can savour glorious views of the mountains.

Breakfast is served in their contemporary dining room. They offer a full range of breakfast choices including a full Scottish breakfast and delicious pancakes. The buffet table also offers cereals, fresh fruit salad, freshly baked croissants and porridge. The dining room is flooded with natural light by huge modern windows with views across our large garden. Craigatin House is centrally located in Pitlochry on Atholl Road, just a minutes flat walk away from all local attractions, shops, restaurants, Pitlochry Festival Theatre and The Dam & Salmon Ladder, and only a short drive to nearby Distilleries, Blair Castle and The House of Bruar. Pitlochry is set in spectacular highland scenery and is ideally located for touring Highland Perthshire or further afield. The town sits on the edge of the huge Cairngorm National Park and beside the beautiful River Tummel.

Northlands Bed & Breakfast is ideally located in the Highland Perthshire town of Pitlochry. Surrounded by its own mature gardens, it is just a short walk from the centre of town with its many restaurants, cafes and shops.

There are 3 double guest rooms available, two of which can be super king/twin rooms. While the usual facilities are standard in all our bedrooms, we have added a few extras touches that we hope will contribute to making your stay more enjoyable. All our bathrooms have bath and/or power showers with luxurious soft towels, bath robes and complimentary toiletries.

Breakfast is included in your room rate and is served in our dining lounge overlooking our south facing garden. Cooked to order, we use home-made and fresh local produce where possible, and offer a full breakfast menu to cater for all tastes, including both continental and full Scottish breakfast.
