The Min Y Mor Hotel is located in the beautiful Welsh coastal town of Barmouth in a fantastic uninterrupted seaside location on the promenade.

Our hotel has 27 rooms, singles, twins, doubles and family rooms. We also have ground floor rooms and some disabled facilities. Our bar, restaurant, Bistro and sea-facing beer garden are all wheelchair accessible.

We can cater for a wide variety of dietary requirements and also host functions such as weddings and parties.

We have an onsite car park.

The seaside town of Barmouth is one of the most scenic coastal resorts on the West coast of Wales and is surrounded by many miles of Snowdonia National park. the area is renowned for its outstanding beauty and combination of mountain sea and sand.
Barmouth has a fantastic selection of eateries, pubs, restaurants and Cafés and independent shops.

This area of Wales has many tourist attractions, the castles of Harlech, Criccieth and Caernarfon, Slate and Copper mines, Narrow Gauge railways, Portmerion Village, beautiful flat coastal, woodland, and mountain walks picturesque cycle paths, horse riding, golfing, fishing & Paddleboarding

For the more adventurous among you, there is also good access to Cadair Idris, Snowdon and zip world, Bounce Below and Coed y Brenin.

The Royal Oak is a stone’s throw from the beautiful sandy beaches of Cullen Bay in Morayshire. We are a family-run hotel offering the very best in guest accommodation, as well as a cosy bar and popular restaurant. The hotel is nestled between the famous viaduct and the historical fishing village of Seatown.

We cater to dietary requirements and have vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free menu choices.

At the end of the day, why not retire to our cosy bar. We stock a fine range of malt whiskies, craft gins, draught beer and real ale on tap. A good wine list is also available, offering whites, reds rose and bubbles from around the globe.

The Royal Oak is an ideal stopover for those travelling along the NC250, MC100 or the Moray Coastal Route or for those who wish to spend a few days in this stunning part of the world. The area offers an abundance of activities, such as golf, dolphin watching, sea angling, sea kayaking, cycling and walking. Take time to browse around the many antique shops in Cullen and take in the breathtaking views over the Moray Firth. A short drive away and you are in the heart of Speyside Scotch Whisky distilleries.

A warm welcome awaits from Lesley and Colin at their adult-only, clean, comfortable guest house, quietly situated in the picturesque Shanklin Old Village. Just a five-minute walk down to the beach you can choose to take a short, or longer, walk along the promenade or sit and enjoy a relaxing meal or drink. Also within easy walking distance of the guest house is the local town, Shanklin Chine, Shanklin Theatre, and a wealth of places to eat and drink.

All rooms are centrally heated and tastefully furnished with en suite facilities, fridge, flat-screen smart TV with Freeview, hospitality tray, complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, fan, and radio alarm clock. An iron and ironing board are supplied for guests use. Of six available rooms, four are standard double or twin, two are superior king-size rooms - one with a four-poster bed and double shower and one with a whirlpool bath and separate shower.

The guest lounge on the ground floor is available all day. Breakfast is served in the spacious dining room, also on the ground floor. Breakfast is offered from the menu, which includes traditional full English. Guests can also choose from a variety of cereals, yoghurt, fruit, juices, toast and preserves. Special dietary needs can be catered for – please notify these when making your booking.

Free off-road car parking is available for guests. Free Wi-Fi. Ferries can be booked at discounted prices.
