Appalachian
Spring is a former farmhouse with a mature south-facing garden and private
patio to the side of the house.
Situated
in rural Dartington Village, one mile from Totnes station and the medieval
Dartington Hall Estate, it is perfectly placed, close to the award-winning 14th
century thatched Cott Inn.
The
owner is a viola player and Alexander Technique teacher. The South Hams is rich
in tourist attractions, and is a designated area of outstanding beauty.
There are three en-suite double rooms, all with luxury mattresses.
A
double sofa-bed and travel cot are also available on request.
There
are many tourist attractions nearby. Five minutes walk from the house is The
Cott Inn (est. 1320) which is the longest thatched pub in England, and is a
family friendly pub with garden.
