Both double en-suite bedrooms are fully centrally heated, have free-view digital flat screen TV's, alarm clock radios, hair dryers and hospitality trays.

It is situated down a quiet, private lane with ample parking spaces and is less than a mile from the centre of the Georgian harbour town of Aberaeron.

An excellent breakfast is served in the conservatory, at a time to suit, with a choice of menu to suit all tastes.

Walkers and cyclists welcome with drying facilities and secure storage available.

Come and unwind in the beautiful town of Aberaeron with its colourful painted houses and many cafes, bars and restaurants. Sit on the harbour wall and watch the boats bobbing up and down and you may see a sunset to remember.
