www.thebandbdirectory.co.uk Split Rock Croft B&B, Clachtoll, Highland, Sutherland

Split Rock Croft Bed and Breakfast is set in the midst of a traditional working croft in a stunning area of the North West Highlands of Scotland, near the towns of Lochinver and Clachtoll.

There are lots of things to do nearby the B&B such as wonderful walks, abundant wildlife, birdlife and sea life and incredible fishing destinations to explore, not to mention the Munros and numerous settlements with their own unique place in history which surround Clachtoll and Lochinver.

There are many guided walks provided by the Ranger service, please click on the link for more information. These walks are graded in terms of ability and we have some wonderful walks for all abilities just outside Lochinver at Little Assynt, this walk can accommodate wheelchairs and pushchairs and is both family and disabled friendly.

Golden Eagles, Ospreys, Gannets, black and red throated divers to name but a few of the spectacular sea and land birds that we have in abundance here. Watch them from the croft whilst enjoying your breakfast, or go further afield to see the variety.
