B&B is conveniently located with the entrance just a few yards off the main
A1 Dublin-Belfast dual carriageway, only a few minutes from Hillsborough, 10
minutes from Lisburn, 1.5 hours to Dublin and just 20 minutes from Belfast.
We can offer a range of
options for travellers to Northern Ireland and Ireland with bed and breakfast,
self catering and motor-home hire all on site and within a convenient location.
All of our rooms are
decorated to a high standard and have a mix of modern and antique finishes.
Flat screen TVs, Wi-Fi and Tea/Coffee making facilities and internal phones are
available in all rooms.
Our breakfasts at the
Lisnacurran Country House B&B can be as big as a feast or as light as you
like! The typical Ulster fry is prepared by Lynne on a traditional AGA so
flavours are locked in with little or no oil. The homemade soda and potato
bread is however traditionally crisp fried and the locally sourced eggs have
the taste and texture of a fried egg but are cooked on Bake o' Glide on the Aga
so again no oil. Poached, boiled, scrambled or fried? The choice is yours! New
additions to our menu in 2014 include seeds and a dried fruit selection. The
buffet dresser is laden every morning with a selection of cereals, bread for
toasting, fruit on request and a selection of local Northern Irish yoghurts.
Honey, jams and marmalades are generally sourced locally. Herbal teas, Stevia
Sweetener and peanut butter is also available.
