Leafy Brundall is a pleasant Broadland village close to the River Yare and along with its long history of boat building it is convenient for the fine cathedral city of Norwich, the Strumpshaw Bird Reserve, and the Broads generally.
It has excellent road links being just off the Eastern end of the A47 Norwich by-pass with its park and ride facility for trips into Norwich.
There is also an excellent rail link – the Wherry Line – between Lowestoft, Yarmouth and Norwich, and from Norwich onwards to Cromer, Cambridge and London.
