Binley House Farm is located in the small hamlet of Binley which is 15 minutes from Andover in Hampshire. The B&B is situated off the main road in a quiet lane but within reach of the main towns of Whitchurch, Newbury, Andover and not far from the cathedral towns of Winchester and Salisbury. Very close to the picturesque villages of St Mary Bourne and Hurst Bourne Tarrant.

Both of the guest rooms at the B&B have an en suite bath and/or showers with TV, tea and coffee facilities, alarm clock, hairdryer and wireless broadband internet access. The farm is also the home of the Binley Arabian Stud, who was the 2010 Champion Ridden Arabian Horse of the Year. As a working stud farm, Binley Farm can accommodate your horses in the stables opposite the house.

Breakfast is a full English or continental. Always available are fruit juice choice, fresh fruit, yoghurt, toast and continental offers a selection of breads, croissants and others. There are also blueberry pancakes with maple syrup available.

The bed and breakfast is perfectly situated for visitors to Highclere Castle, famous for the setting of Downton Abbey. Guests can take a Bombay Blue Sapphire gin tour of the distillery in Overton. The guest accommodation is also within half an hour of, Stonehenge, Thruxton Motor Circuit, the Hawk Conservancy, Museum of Army Flying and Whitchurch Silk Mill.
