Manleys B&B is situated in large gardens next to the Grand Western Canal in Sampford Peverell, making us perfect for a relaxing and tranquil break away.

In the morning we serve a delicious breakfast in our dining room, with a choice of fresh fruit salad, yoghurt and cereals and a full English breakfast.

Outside there are delightful gardens to unwind in where you can savour wonderful views over surrounding farmland from the seating on the terrace and in the summerhouse. The Grand Western Canal is at the end of the garden where you will be able to spot swans, ducks and moorhens.

The canal stretches for about 11 miles and is perfect for walking and cycling. Boats and canoes can be hired at the Tiverton Canal Basin or you could take a trip on the horse drawn barge run by the Tiverton Canal Company. The National Trust properties of Knightshayes and Killerton are also within easy reach.

Manleys B&B is also a convenient place to stay if you are attending one of the nearby wedding venues, such as Middle Combe Farm, Muddifords Court or Huntsham Court.
