Newlands Farm Bed & Breakfast offers wonderful guest house accommodation near the historic village of Odiham. Nestled in stunning farmland in the Hampshire Downs, we are perfect for an unforgettable getaway.
Our guest house offers fabulous accommodation in the long barn and farmhouse. The long barn has been recently developed and boasts a magnificent oak-framed kitchen, shared dining space and sitting room, all of which take advantage of the breathtaking countryside views.
Three spacious en suite rooms are available in the long barn, which can be made as single, twin or doubles. One of the rooms also comes with disabled access. Each room is beautifully furnished and enjoys an airy feel to complement the rural setting. Further rooms are available in Newland Farmhouse. Breakfast may be available in the farmhouse kitchen.
The farm has lots of delightful circular walks, ideal for taking in the natural landscape on a warm summer’s evening. The nearest pub is only a short 20-minute walk away and a range of local amenities and restaurants are in the village.
