Orchard House is a Grade 2 listed bed & breakfast in Lynmouth on the Exmoor National Park. Our guest accommodation is full of warmth, character and home comforts, making it an ideal base for those who want to explore Devon.
Our bed and breakfast has comfortable guest rooms full of personal touches and include a Freeview TV, tea/coffee/hot chocolate, hairdryer and complimentary decanter of sherry. Most guest rooms have views of the sea and are en suite.
Breakfast is included within the room rate and is a large quality breakfast freshly cooked each morning. A vegetarian option is available.
There is a cosy well-stocked resident’s bar that has a selection of newspapers, books, magazines, maps and guides available.
