Twyford Farm dates back to the 1700s and today provides bed and breakfast accommodation in a rural setting. The B&B is located just outside the West Sussex village of Horsted Keynes. This is only 5 miles from Haywards Heath. Guests have access to the 80 acres of woodland which includes 2 fishing lakes.

There are 3 rooms available for bed and breakfast and there are 3 rooms which are a holiday let.

Each room has a Harrison’s bed made in Yorkshire. They also include a TV, alarm clock, FREE Wi-Fi and tea/coffee making facilities.

The house has a drawing room and library which are available to guests. The drawing room has views over the lake, a TV and log fire. The library is triple aspect and is where breakfast is served.

Stables and kennels are available onsite for an extra cost.

The beautiful grounds are the perfect spot for a walk or picnic. Fishing is also available. Nearby Haywards Heath offers shops, places to eat and nightlife. It is ideal for visiting a range of attractions including Borde Hill Gardens. Wakehurst Place and the Bluebell Railway.
