The Black Lion Hotel is situated in the heart of the historic market town of Cardigan in Ceredigion. It is surrounded by amazing Welsh scenery and it is just a 5 minute walk from the coast. The hotel offers guest accommodation, a venue for parties or events and a restaurant that has fantastic food.
All guest bedrooms are cosy, comfortable and spacious. Some of the bedrooms have wooden beams and the room décor has been chosen with you in mind to help you relax at the end of a busy day.
The hotel has a tradition of being the favoured local waterhole and the bar offers the ideal place to meet the locals, watch TV, listen to music or just read one of the newspapers, the games room offers both pool and darts, or if your just looking for somewhere quiet to relax try the 'cwtch' with soft seating and subdued lighting away from the busy bar. Food is served Mondays to Saturdays, between the hours of 12:00 and 14:00, with evening meals served between 17:00 and 20:00. A traditional Sunday roast dinner with all the trimmings is served between 12:00 and 14:30. Always popular, book early to avoid disappointment.
